A little about myself:I am a young lady living in Crofty with cerebral palsy. I work part time from home. I am looking for a PA to go out in the community. I have my own adapted car for my wheelchair, but I do not like driving too far as I am not a confident driving.
I enjoy going shopping, to the cinema and going for a walk. I enjoy watching films, you tube and playing the play station. If I do not feel like going out, I would like help at home.
Driver required to take me out and drive my car

Hours of work6 hours per week on a Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday
Rate of pay: £12.75

Concerning the position
A trial period will be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six-month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly (Annual leave is calculated on a pro rata basis). A DBS MUST be processed prior to any commencement of employment.Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea council where applicant is eligible.
