  • Managing a 360 desk
  • Offering expert, specialized guidance to candidates
  • Target locations: WD19, SL1/SL2/SL3/SL4, TW18, TW1, UB8
  • Crafting and executing effective individual business and sales plans
  • Facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process at an advanced level
  • Setting the standard through outstanding fee performance, activity, and attitude
  • Continuously expanding market intelligence
  • Collaborating with the leadership team on initiatives and projects

  • Proven track record of billing success in a 360 recruitment position essential
