What You’ll Be Doing:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and engage new prospects via calls, emails, and digital outreach.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and introducing them to the company’s services.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring smooth handoffs to the brokerage team.
- Work closely with marketing to refine lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
- Develop a solid understanding of the commercial property finance sector and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Show ambition and drive to progress into a Commercial Property Finance Broker role.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven outbound sales experience (e.g., Tech sales, estate agency, or other fast-paced sales environments).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Highly motivated, organised, and eager to develop a long-term career in property finance.
- Process-driven and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
