Key Responsibilities:

• Support Student Learning: Assist teachers in delivering lessons, helping students access and engage with the curriculum. The Teaching Assistant will work with students of varying abilities, including those with SEN, ensuring that they receive the support they need to succeed.
• Provide Individualised Support: Offer targeted 1:1 or small group support for students who may struggle with certain subjects or concepts. The TA will tailor their approach to meet the needs of each student, helping them to overcome barriers to learning.
• Promote Inclusion: Work to ensure that all students, regardless of their learning difficulties or disabilities, are included and actively participating in lessons. By providing the right level of support, the TA helps to create an inclusive classroom environment where everyone feels valued.
