About the Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified pharmacist to complete their foundation training in a dynamic and supportive community pharmacy setting. You will work alongside experienced pharmacists and technicians, gaining valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of community pharmacy practice.We are committed to providing a structured and comprehensive training program that will help you develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become a confident and competent pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities (Under Supervision):
Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.Providing medication advice and counselling to patients.
Conducting Medicines Use Reviews (MURs) and New Medicine Service (NMS) consultations (as training progresses).
Learning to manage and supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
Ensuring compliance with GPhC standards and pharmacy regulations.
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
Participating in training and development activities.
Contributing to the provision of clinical services.
Learning to handle controlled drugs according to legal requirements.
learning stock control and inventory management.
Essential Requirements:
A Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) degree.Pre-registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) or recently obtained GPhC registration.
A strong desire to learn and develop as a pharmacist.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient-centered approach and a commitment to providing excellent care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Schedule:
