Senior Contracts Manager
This is a permanent, full time position based from our Richmond depot.
The duties of the Senior Contracts Manager role will include:
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring the service delivery of the contract
- Overseeing and managing all client queries and concerns and seeing them through to resolution
- Providing up to date budget and programming information at all project key stages
- Managing the contract teams and ensuring a high standard of performance is achieved
- Drafting, coordinating and reviewing contract documents with the project Quantity Surveyor and internal commercial/contract team
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies through regular team meetings and site visits
- Promoting business development through regular liaison with both existing and potential clients, maximising partnering opportunities
What skills and experience do you need?
We are looking for a practical and personable Senior Contracts Manager who has experience in NEC contracts. You will have solid experience of working on Term Maintenance and highways projects. You will hold a construction related degree or an NVQ level 4/5 and HNC/HND or equivalent as well as a CSCS card.This role will involve travel to other company locations therefore, you must be able to drive and possess a full UK driving licence.
