Commercial Property Legal Assistant
My client is a national law firm with a commitment to growth and a strong focus on employee welfare. It is currently seeking a Commercial Property Legal Assistant to join the dynamic team in Bedford.
The Role
In this position, the successful candidate will support a team of commercial property solicitors with a variety of tasks, including:
- Assisting with the preparation and management of legal documents and contracts
- Conducting legal research and due diligence
- Liaising with clients and other parties involved in transactions
- Managing correspondence and files efficiently
- Providing general administrative support to the team
You
You will ideally possess:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role within commercial property
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
