3rd Line Support Network Engineer - DV Cleared - Basingstoke

• Working pattern: Shift-based (07:00am – 15:00pm or 11:00am – 19:00pm)

• Location: Basingstoke - onsite

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist a high-profile user community, maintaining daily contact with customers and stakeholders using the IT Service Management Toolset.
• Monitor Event Management tooling, ensuring effective triage and escalation of network issues.
• Work within the Bengal Service Operations team, focusing on maintaining and improving network operations.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement new technologies and processes that enhance service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient with VCenter NSX-T.
• Experience with Cisco Firepower Management Centre.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco IOS and Cisco ISE.
• Familiarity with Juniper Switches & JUNOS.
• Skilled in using SolarWinds for network management.
• Understanding of Active Directory and Windows Servers.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues.
