Our client seeks an enthusiastic and driven Advancement Director to join their team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in Development, Fundraising, Marketing, and/or Admissions who is ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic educational setting.
As the Advancement Director, you will:
- Create, manage, and oversee The College’s strategic plan for Advancement.
- Work closely with, and report directly to, the Headmaster.
- Lead and inspire the Advancement Team to execute on key strategic initiatives and achieve excellence in all areas.
About You: The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong background in Development, Fundraising, Marketing, or Admissions.
- Highly developed leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A diplomatic, open-minded approach with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence others.
- High levels of cultural awareness and emotional intelligence, essential for effective relationship-building and collaboration.
