SALARY: Up to £63,575 per annum (depending on experience), includes £7,500 Market Supplement, plus Golden Hello payment (up to £6,000 subject to terms) + Benefits

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for Building Control Surveyor / Inspector with previous experience in Building Inspection / Building Control / Surveying or similar.
Working as the Building Control Surveyor / Inspector you will manage portfolios of domestic and non-domestic construction projects, providing expert advice, supervision, and consultancy services across projects.
As the Building Control Surveyor / Inspector you will have experience at any level as the organisation can provide ongoing training and support as you look to progress your career.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS- Hold Registered Building Inspector status at Class 2F level
- Professional Building Control Qualification (RICS, CABE or equivalent)
- Building Control experience with working knowledge of building regulations and legislation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisation and prioritising skills
- Strong focus for service excellence
- Golden Hello payment of up to £6,000 (subject to successful completion of probation period and length of service commitment)
