The Role
This is a sales-focused recruitment role specialising in the placement of support staff within schools across Leeds and surrounding areas. You will play a key role in sourcing and placing high-quality candidates into vital school-based roles including:
- SEND Teaching Assistants
- Pastoral Officers
- Cover Supervisors
- Attendance Officers
- School Admin Staff
You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with both candidates and schools, understanding their needs, and delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a portfolio of school clients across the region
- Source, interview, and place support staff into temporary and permanent roles
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify new business opportunities and win new clients
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement
- Deliver excellent customer service at every stage
- A target-driven, sales-minded individual with a proactive attitude
- Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilience, motivation, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
