Compliance Co-ordinator
We have a current opportunity for a Compliance Co-ordinator on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Glasgow and will be initially for 2-3 months.
You will be working within a small team to focus solely on compliance within the organisation. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all systems and databases as they relate to contracts and works including:
- Medical Adaptations,
- Gas Servicing and Maintenance,
- Fire Safety,
- Legionella,
- Asbestos,
- Landlord Certificates such as Gas Safety, Electrical Inspection and EPC's,
- Planned and Cyclical Maintenance,
- Void Property Maintenance and Landscaping
Previous experience is essential to be considered for this role.
