Who We Are Looking For:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Disciplinary Designer to join our growing team. This isn’t a role for the faint-hearted or the one-trick pony. We need a creative force with exceptional talent, versatility, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results across various design disciplines.From branding to web design, motion graphics to 3D, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting impactful, cross-media designs for global clients.
If you’re someone who can juggle branding, campaign concepts, video editing, motion design, Shopify and Wix Studio web design, illustration, and even 3D for AR projects, you’ll feel right at home here. But if your focus is limited to one discipline, this might not be the role for you.We understand that not everyone will have every skill listed, and that’s okay. What matters to us is that you excel in multiple areas and can prove you’re a true multi-disciplinary designer. Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and execute creative projects that span branding, motion graphics, web design, 3D, and beyond.
- Collaborate with clients, account managers, and internal teams to deliver visually compelling solutions tailored to project goals.
- Stay ahead of the curve by mastering new tools and platforms to enhance design efficiency and creativity.
- Develop cohesive brand identities and bring them to life through campaigns, digital experiences, and innovative storytelling.
- Contribute to the ideation and execution of AR and interactive design projects using cutting-edge technology.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering creativity and ensuring consistently high standards across the team.
- Oversee the quality, accuracy, and on-brand execution of all deliverables.

- An excellent level of written and spoken English is essential, as you need to communicate with clients and fellow designers in English. We might also need you to prepare the actual written content for some of the projects. Please do not apply if you don't rate your English 4 out of 5.
- A degree in graphic design or other art and design related subjects.
- Strong portfolio, showcasing conceptual and typographic skills as well as a passion for design, creativity, and the creative processes.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective time management and ability to work well under pressure.
- Confidence to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues.
- Ambitious, motivated and committed to quality and professionalism.
- A positive, can-do attitude, calm under pressure and comfortable withmultitasking to meet tight deadlines.
- 5+ years of professional design experience with a stellar portfolio showcasing multi-disciplinary projects.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Wix Studio or Shopify.
- Proficiency in video editing and motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Competence in 3D design tools would be a good bonus (e.g. Spline, Blender, Cinema 4D) and a strong understanding of how 3D integrates into digital and AR experiences.
- Strong conceptual thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of design principles.
- Ability to design across print and digital mediums with equal mastery.
- Experience with brand development, campaign design, and web/UI/UX.
- A collaborative spirit paired with the confidence to lead projects independently.
- A passion for learning and adapting to new tools, platforms, and techniques.
