Overview:
The school are seeking an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to join them on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday between 8.45am and 15.15pm. Your role will be instrumental in supporting the growth and development of the children during these crucial early years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with lead teachers to deliver engaging and interactive EYFS lessons.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that promotes exploration and creativity.
- Assist in tracking student progress and contributing to individualized learning plans.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff members to create a harmonious educational community.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of age-appropriate activities that align with the EYFS curriculum.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant is essential.
- A deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A caring and patient demeanour, coupled with a passion for helping children thrive.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in early childhood education are highly desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
