About the role
You will be working in a building that is modern and in pristine condition (internally & externally). Your key role is tomaintain the look and feel of the building get to know the people within the community and suggest ways in which the team could
provide the best support to the people who work and visit the building. You will continuously monitor the building and report any
faults as well.
You will be flexible and willing to help and act as a key part of the team and part of the building community. During your workingday you will focused on customer service and working with the clients FOH team. Other duties are delivering post, monitoring CCTV, supervising the security team, and various other security duties. Understand and strictly adhere to GUK’s procedures and protocols
of the building with regards Health & Safety, Security measures and building access control
You will receive full training which includes funding SIA training in return we need you to be motivated and able to make ameasurable contribution to the continued success of GUK. If you have experience in any of the following areas we would love to
hear from you: hospitality, corporate receptionist, customer service, security, facilities, porter, front of house, supervisor, Team leader, building caretaker.
Must have :
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic report writing and IT skills and able to compose emails and preparing incident reports.
- Proactively uses initiative to recognise priorities within own workload
- Problem solving
- A good level of spoken and written English
- Dealing with difficult people and finding solutions
