About our Nursery
Busy Bees Andover Weyhill, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is a nurturing nursery set in the countryside, accommodating up to 40 children. Our facility features large outdoor areas and is staffed by a team of passionate and longstanding professionals dedicated to providing quality care.We offer a variety of extracurricular activities and maintain strong parent partnerships, along with connections to our local nursing home to enrich our community ties. Conveniently, a bus stop is just a few minutes' walk from the center, providing access to Andover's train station.

Role Responsibilities:
What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:
- Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
- Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
Required Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
- Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
