What You'll Do:

• Oversee Operations: Manage daily warehouse activities to ensure they align with business goals and standards.
• Lead & Motivate: Inspire and guide your team, fostering a culture of productivity and respect.
• Enhance Efficiency: Implement strategies to reduce wastage and boost operational efficiency.
• Collaborate: Work with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse activities.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Safety First: Develop and enforce safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyse performance and implement necessary improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in manufacturing, ideally within the food industry.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage middle-management tasks effectively.
• Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of warehouse software applications and databases.
• Pressure Handling: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
