Our client provides software to prevent change failures and automate change management. Making changes to complex, interconnected systems that must be managed successfully to avoid operational disruption, loss of revenue, and damage. They are now seeking a customer success manager to take potential customers through the process of setting up a trial, managing their familiarisation, pricing and quoting the modules of interest, leading to a customer take up, and potential sell-on of additional modules

Reporting into the MD, Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and derive maximum value from our solutions. By forging strong connections, understanding their unique needs, and tailoring our offerings, guiding our customers towards success.

Requirements
  • Experience of working within a Customer Success role in a SaaS or bespoke software organisation.
  • Demonstrate presentation and pre-sales skills, enabling you to effectively showcase the value of our products and services.
  • Customer Success: Experience in managing Enterprise level clients.
  • Proactive account management: Demonstrate experience in uncovering and driving opportunities within existing accounts, including managing stakeholders and negotiation.
  • Exceptional communication skills: You excel at stakeholder management and can effectively navigate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive customer success.
  • Dynamic environment: Experience in working within a fast-paced environment, ideally within a tech scale-up.
Job Responsibilities
  • Drive customer engagement: Dive deep into our customers' organizations, Responding to warm leads to begin an engagement with potential customers uncovering their goals and drivers, and align our cutting-edge products and services to meet their every need.
  • Project this knowledge externally by taking potential customers through the process of setting up a trial, managing their familiarisation, pricing and quoting the modules of interest, leading to a customer take up, and potential sell-on of additional modules
  • Foster collaboration: As the bridge between customers and internal stakeholders, you’ll swiftly address any queries or issues, ensuring a seamless and extraordinary experience.
  • Fuel renewals and expansion: Seize the opportunity to unlock hidden potential by identifying avenues for cross-selling and upselling our range of innovative packaged services; and work alongside our Renewals Manager to accelerate product renewals.
  • Champion continuous improvement: Collaborate closely with customers and our Development team to pave the way for product enhancements, transforming customer feedback into actionable insights that shape our Product Roadmap.
