Job Description
  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in Hibob HR system.
  • Assist in the recruitment process and onboarding of new staff.
  • Participate in HR projects as required.
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries.
  • Assist with maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Provide clerical support to the HR department.
