Job Description- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
- Maintain up-to-date records in Hibob HR system.
- Assist in the recruitment process and onboarding of new staff.
- Participate in HR projects as required.
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries.
- Assist with maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Provide clerical support to the HR department.

A successful 'HR Administrator' should have:
- A strong working knowledge of HR systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

- An estimated salary range of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum.
