A high-achieving secondary school in Kettering is seeking a dedicated Graduate Trainee Teacher to join their great team in April 2025.

Graduate Trainee Teacher - Key Responsibilities:- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.
- Help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with additional learning needs to achieve their full potential.
- Contribute to classroom management and encourage positive behaviour.
- A 2:1 degree or above in a core subject (Maths, English, Science, Geography, or History preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working with children or young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, coaching).
- A passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Competitive salary of £90 to £110 per day, depending on experience.
