School Caretaker

Location: Biggleswade

My client is looking to recruit a hardworking, well qualified, innovative, and committed School Caretaker to join their School. This role will be to provide for the efficient cleaning, maintenance, safety and security of the campus and the grounds

• IOSH qualification
• Good level of skills for Microsoft packages
• Opening and locking up of the school
• Minor repairs and cleaning duties
• The ability to prioritise
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
• Good knowledge of what services, maintenance and repairs are needed
• Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with staff, pupils and parents
• A current enhanced DBS certificate
• Excellent organisation skills

Candidates must be DBS cleared or eligible
