SEN - Teaching Assistant - Earn up to £500 per referral!

• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN, specifically with ASD/SEMH needs.
• Assisting the class teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Supporting students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborating with other staff members and parents to ensure student progress.

• Experience working with students with SEN (previous classroom experience preferred).
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• A genuine passion for helping students overcome challenges.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each student.
