Internal Secondment: In- Reach Recovery Coordinator

Are you experienced, skilled, and passionate about making a meaningful difference? We're seeking a dedicated Recovery Coordinator to engage and assess our service users, ensuring they receive timely, personalised interventions that cater to their unique needs.

At our Mansfield service, we are dedicated to providing support for individuals who access our services. We aim to empower every individual by offering holistic support and personalised treatment to meet their unique needs. We provide a range of options, including one-to-one and group sessions, complemented by medical and clinical treatments.

Where: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week (full time)
Full Time Salary: £27,449.52 - £31,529.41 per year dependant on experience (pro rata if part time)

Contract: Fixed term contract until 31st March 2025.

Responsibilities:

As part of the ongoing development to improve care to our servere multiple disadvantaged clients, CGL are working alongside Nottinghamshire Health Care Trust delivering substance use interventions on our local mental health wards, alongside improving mental health staff understanding around substance use treatment options and care packages.

This opportunity will also provide the successful candidate to develop their learning around mental health treatment pathways and become an integral part of the ward staffing team.

This project has been running for several years with successful outcomes for patients and developed joint working across Nottinghamshire Health Care Trust, and substance use services covering both Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire County and is supporting system change across partnership agencies involved in caring for this patient group.

You will focus on engaging with people who have a history of substance use and mental health needs.You will have some experience of engaging with individuals with multiple and/or complex needs and demonstrate a determined approach to finding solutions. Some knowledge of one or more of the following is required:

Homelessness

Mental health

Criminal Justice System

Substance misuse

No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.

You will have to record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important. But most of the time you will be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds, making a difference to their lives.
