Operations Finance Administrator

Currently working with an amazing client who are looking for an Operations Finance Administrator to join their Finance Team. They undergo event management and production services for corporate events.

Your new role

As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

  • Providing internal financial reports
  • Managing relations - both internally and externally
  • Calculating and checking all bookings, to ensure finance records are correct
  • Ownership of the Finance Workflow
  • Chasing venues for final invoices
  • Completing the reconciliation process for operations bookings
  • Checking and updating commission claims
  • Checking POs received and for correct final values
What you'll need to succeed
  • Good understanding of a finance role - AAT qualification useful but not mandatory
  • Credit control experience/skills are beneficial but not mandatory
  • Good Excel skills
  • Organised
  • Team player
  • Excellent attention to detail

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 based in the Swindon office.
