About the Role:
As a Residential Property Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including:
- Sales and Purchases: Guide clients through buying and selling their homes
- Buy-to-Let: Assist investors in acquiring rental properties
- Shared Ownership: Navigate the complexities of shared ownership schemes
- Re-mortgaging: Handle refinancing transactions efficiently and effectively
- Specialist Work: Deal with transfers of equity, lease extensions, equity release and overage schemes
Who They’re Looking For:
- Experienced Conveyancer: Minimum 2 years PQE with a proven track record of managing a residential property caseload independently
- Client-Focused: Confident in providing excellent service and guiding clients through their property transactions
- Ambitious: Marketing and business development skills are a bonus but not essential, as you'll inherit an existing caseload
