We are seeking a talented and experienced chef de partie to join our culinary team. As a chef de partie, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Head Chef & sous chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our guests.

```Responsibilities```- Assist the Head Chef & sous chef in planning and directing food preparation activities
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and proper use of equipment
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist in developing new recipes and menu items
- Support the Head Chef & sous chef in managing food costs and maintaining profitability
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Proficient in all aspects of food production, including cooking techniques, ingredient selection, and menu planning
- Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality industry standards
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise kitchen staff
- AA Rosette standard experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
