Job Description- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Oncology team.
- Manage all forms of communication including emails, calls, and letters.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Handle confidential patient information with discretion.
- Prepare and manage patient records and documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organised.
- Support the team in ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Medical Secretary should have:
- A professional qualification in secretarial studies or a related field.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment preferably in Oncology
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Office.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
- A competitive salary in the range of £30,000 - £35,000.
