Accounts & Audit manager Position Overview- Plan and lead end-to-end execution of audit engagements, including fieldwork coordination, team supervision, and partner/client reporting
- Manage on-site audit teams through planning, execution, and completion stages
- Prepare financial statements, tax computations and management report compilations
- Communicate audit status and build relationships with clients
- Identify and implement continuous audit process improvements
- Supervise and mentor junior team members on technical and soft skills
- Contribute to business development initiatives by networking, maintaining client satisfaction, and identifying expansion areas
Accounts & Audit manager Position Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years' experience in an audit supervisor or manager role- Significant experience executing audits under ISA standards
- Deep understanding of UK GAAP and financial reporting
- Strong working knowledge of corporation tax
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, accounting systems and data analysis tools
- Strong communication, people management and client relations skills
- Eligibility to work in UK without restriction
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience - £45,000 - £60,000
