Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Support students with their learning and ensure work is completed.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Liaise with teaching staff and report back on student progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
- A passion for working with young people and a flexible approach to work.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and possess a DBS (or be willing to obtain one).
