UEC Programme Manager - NHS

The post holder is required to be geographically mobile in the London region. This means the post holder should be able to travel around the region within normal working hours as required to support and participate in site visits and events. This role will provide the opportunity to work across the London region, with a range of stakeholders across ICBs, provider organisations, in-region teams and national leads.
The successful candidate will work both strategically to support programme delivery and work directly with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and providers with a real opportunity to influence UEC delivery and outcomes in the London region. The UEC Programme Manager will work on optimising access to alternative pathways to Emergency Departments, by working with other regional leads on specific work programmes (e.g. UCR, Virtual Wards, Primary Care), ICBs and other key external providers (e.g. 999, 111, UTCs and integrated community teams).The role will also support the Deputy Director of UEC through management and reporting of progress and delivery of Londons UEC strategic plans against national policy ambitions.
