Our Manchester office is seeking a Fraud Litigation Executive to join our award winning Fraud team. If you have a passion for fraud investigations and litigation, and you’re looking for a challenging yet rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
As a Fraud Litigation Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in handling insurance fraud cases. This includes identifying fraudulent claims, managing a caseload, and contributing to the team’s success through innovative approaches to fraud detection and resolution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Investigating and managing a caseload of suspected fraudulent insurance claims, including motor, personal injury, and property cases.
- Preparing files for litigation, drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents.
- Liaising with clients, insurers, witnesses, and experts throughout the claims process.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to strengthen case strategies.
- Supporting fraud prevention initiatives and maintaining awareness of industry developments.
- Meeting performance targets and adhering to compliance standards.
What will help you succeed in this role? :
- Proven experience of running a running a litigated fraud caseload (defendant)
- Insurance experience is preferable
- Knowledge of civil procedure rules and litigation processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse complex information.
