Field Service Engineer GU/SL
We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our UK Service Department covering the Guildford/Slough area.
*** MUST BE BASED IN THE GU or SL POSTCODE AREA ***
Salary: £34,900 - £38,100 P/A (OTE £45,000 +)Working Hours:
- Monday
- Friday, 8am
- 4:30pm. (1 in 3 weekends or 1 in 4 weekends
- Contractual).
The role consists of: Travelling on a daily basis to our customer homes to service and repair Acorn Stairlifts
May include multiple overnight stays per weekDiagnosing, and providing hands on troubleshooting, service, and repairs to existing Stairlifts within the field
Meeting all target and deadlines in a professional and timely manner
Provide high levels of customer service - ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions, with the assistance of management
Carrying out the product update and safety checks in a safe manner
To communicate effectively with external customers, and provide customer feedback

The successful candidate will have: A full clean driving licence
Must be honest, reliable, and have the ability to communicate on different levelsA Criminal Records Bureau check will be carried out on the successful candidate
