Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, testing, and implementation of standardized operational procedures and decant planning tools. Manage relationships across operational and clinical teams to ensure alignment with the RAAC programme and mitigate potential disruptions.
Provide leadership in operational readiness, ensuring that hospital staff are prepared to utilize new facilities effectively. Prepare and present reports to the Board and Committees, updating on progress against key performance indicators. Job Duties: Oversee operational planning and alignment with the RAAC programme to ensure minimal disruption to services.
Monitor and manage risks within a clinical and quality governance framework. Lead engagement sessions with the Operations directorate to provide updates and gather feedback for the programme. Collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategic operational delivery in line with NHS sustainability goals.
