If you are looking to join a busy and motivated team who are committed to excellence, in both the services we provide our patients and the support we give our staff, then we want to hear from you.

The Endoscopy Unit is a busy department providing care and procedures to patients requiring further investigations. We have a very supportive multi professional team and you will be supported to achieve best patient outcomes.

Opportunities have arisen for Healthcare Support Workers who are energetic, forward thinking flexible and self-motivated individuals to join our team.

This post involves a variety of weekdays and weekend shifts. The post holder must be able to work in a team and autonomously when required, and be committed to delivering care of a high standard to our patients. Experience in an acute healthcare setting would be an advantage.

You must have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and undertake new skills.

Please note that sponsorship is not guaranteed. Please discuss any sponsorship requirements or working hours per week limits (due to your current visa) that you may have at interview.

Working in the NHS is not all about making other people richer or doing meaningless, boring and unrewarding jobs – it’s real work with real people. It takes flexibility, commitment and compassion, but in return we can offer you a rewarding career where you can really make a difference.

With strong team working skills, you will be able to demonstrate the values that are important to us, communicating well with both colleagues and patients. We are open to your ideas for how to improve the services we offer; without compromising on quality and always treating patients and team-mates with respect and dignity.

The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust (RCHT) is the main provider of acute and specialist care services in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We serve a population of around 500,000 people - a figure that can increase significantly with

We are a teaching hospital in partnership with the University of Exeter Medical School, University of Plymouth School of Nursing and Midwifery, and Peninsula Dental School.

Keeping at the forefront of medical advances, we are continually developing our clinical services as well as our facilities and are committed to maximising the range of specialist care that can be offered locally. Allied to this is a growing reputation for research and innovation.
