Turnaround Home Manager - Wiltshire

£60-65k + Company car

I am looking for a Care Home Turnaround Manager to cover Wiltshire that is passionate about making continuous improvements across a range of Nursing and Residential Homes on behalf of a nationwide care provider.

• Strong Nursing Home Manager experience (essential)
• Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN) (desirable)
• Proven track record of making and sustaining improvements within a care home environment
• Lives within West Yorkshire
• Experience delivering high quality relationship centred care

• Supporting home managers in improving and achieving good CQC grades and improving the lives of the residents of multiple homes
• Covering managers sickness, annual leave and interim mgmt.
• Helping with audits, budgeting, occupancy and reducing agency use
• Building and improving positive relationships with key stakeholders
• Multi site role covering West Yorkshire
