Primary Teachers Wanted - Flexible Roles Starting September 2025

Location: London Borough of Ealing, West London
Pay: £186 - £249 per day (Outer London Teacher Pay Scale)
Contract: Day-to-day and long-term supply positions

Start Date: September 2025

We're recruiting passionate and reliable Primary Teachers to work across a range of excellent mainstream schools in the London Borough of Ealing, for the 2025-26 academic year.

What We Offer:

  • Teaching roles across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
  • Flexible work to suit your schedule - part-time or full-time (minimum 3 days per week)
  • Supportive, well-resourced schools
  • Competitive daily rates: £186-£249, based on experience and role

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons in line with the school's curriculum
  • Take full responsibility for planning, teaching, and assessment
  • Maintain a positive learning environment through effective behaviour management
  • Support the wellbeing and development of all pupils

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or 2 (via training or school-based roles)
  • Commitment to high-quality teaching and pupil progress
  • Availability for a minimum of 3 days per week from September 2025
