We are currently undergoing an exciting transformation, and this is your chance to be part of it! We’re looking for a dynamic Deputy Site manager.
Main Function:
Ensure site operations align with organisational objectives, targets, and budgets.Prioritise the welfare of clients, staff, and volunteers.
Collaborate with the site manager to develop and deliver plans.
Maintain high standards for client development, safety, and site functionality.
Enforce health and safety measures.
Organize staff and volunteer levels.
Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day site operations.Communicate effectively regarding client and organisational needs.
Maintain quality paperwork and documentation.
Support the site manager in monetary tasks and development plans.
