Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Banbury - up to £25k basic £35k package
My client is a leading independent Estate Agent who have been established for many years in the Banbury area. Due to continued growth in sales, they are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator with at least 1 years' experience and with local area knowledge.
Main Duties for the Sales Negotiator Role:
- Dealing with enquiries, registering applicants
- Arranging and carrying out viewings
- Negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers
- Progressing sales to completion
Required:
- Estate Agency experience
- Professionally presented.
- Full UK driving license and car
- Enthusiastic team player.
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays
