We are seeking a Qualified Conveyancer eager to enhance their team management and leadership skills.

In this role, you will manage your own caseload while providing essential support to a small team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department. Working closely with the Head of Department, you’ll receive hands-on guidance while also having the opportunity to develop your own leadership abilities.

The Role:

• Manage all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold transactions, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership and new plot purchases
• Provide support to the Head of Department as needed
• Develop business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the Property Department

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or CLC (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3 years of experience in conveyancing
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability in business development
• Excellent organisation and administrative skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• Ambitious to progress and professionally develop
