Location: Palethorpe's Bakery, Market Drayton, TF9 3ALSalary: £29 877 per annum
Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday 18:00 - 06:00

Administrators to support our busy team and ensure the smooth running of our administration functions.

efficiency and excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Representing Palethorpes Bakery in a professional manner through phone calls and emails with managers and employees.
- Handling correspondence and enquiries both internally and externally via telephone, email, and letters.
- Supporting the department manager in identifying training requirements within the team.
- Processing and filing personnel-related documentation for employees.
- Ensuring traceability paperwork is completed correctly and maintained to a high standard.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, able to interact with people at all levels of the organisation.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and can manage their workload effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working to tight deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
