Maintenance Planner

Ref - -11031

Monday to Thursday 8 am to 5 pm and Friday 8am to 2 pm

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors to coordinate repairs, upgrades etc
• Review and allocate incoming jobs to engineers and manage the issuance and closure of planned and reactive maintenance visits
• Provide service support to engineers, supervisors, and managers by managing current and overdue work orders. Run reports and interpret data to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Maintaining and managing the maintenance stores and stock levels
• Ensuring critical spares register is up to date
• Be aware of departmental KPI’s & work toward achieving these targets
• Ensuring maintenance information is available for audits
• Assisting with Contractor management & Inductions
• Contact external contractors to ensure RAMS and permits to work are completed prior to work being carried out

• The ideal candidate for this role will have worked in a Chemical/Pharmaceutical environment previously if not manufacturing is essential
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, with experience in facilities management
• Ability to use Agility or other CMMS Software is essential
• Team player and flexibility to support maintenance team
• Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting heavy objects
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
