About you This is a high profile programme and you will work closely with the Our Future Hospital Programme team, providing specialist advice and leadership to the PMO team by planning, tracking, monitoring and reporting to ensure the delivery of the redevelopment work across NDDH.

You will support the delivery of business cases at strategic, outline and full business case levels, providing advice on your specialist areas.
You will be a key member of the programme and will work across the teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with the programmes plan.
You will be solution focused when working through any problems, and have the expertise to provide leadership, guidance and education to more junior members of the team What are we looking for?

Programme Management Office experience on high value estates projects Experience of working within the NHS Proven experience of developing complex programme management plans for large programmes Ability to work in a constantly changing environment The ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including a range of staff involved in the individual programmes of work including project managers and clinical champions and act as a critical friend to support the successful delivery What we can offer: A supportive and friendly team environment to help you develop in our wider organisation.

Working Pattern: Monday
  • Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with core office days Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The role banding is subject to Agenda for Change matching.

  • The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2024-5 rates, inclusive of a 5.5% pay award implemented from October 2024.

If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 2024 or your start date, whichever is later.

Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2023-4 pay bandings (Pay scales for 2023/24 | NHS Employers).
