Why Work for P3?
P3 work alongside people all across the UK, to enable them to create change in their own lives. We specialise in homelessness services, supported housing, services for people recovering from mental ill-health, community-based advice and support and young people’s services to name just a few.
We are a ‘people first’ organisation and our mission is to work alongside people to improve lives and communities, to unlock potential and open new possibilities. We know the work we do does make a real and lasting difference and we are committed to addressing challenges that others won’t.Going the extra mile we thrive on collaboration, both internally and externally, all to ensure the best possible outcomes for the people we support.
The Role
We're looking for a creative, determined and compassionate individual to lead and support a team of Support Workers in supporting families staying within our temporary accommodation through a transition from homelessness into long term homes.
Your focus will be on delivering the service, ensuring high standards of compliance in support, housing and accommodation management and developing strong positive partnerships with the local authority and other providers in the region. You will prioritise the support of the people you will be working alongside and embed our ethos and values into practice, seeing opportunities to achieve positive change.
Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to make a real impact while building your own skills and future.
