Contract Day Rate Salary and package dependant on relevant experience
Role Brief
As Senior Commercial Manager you will lead and manage the pre and post contract Commercial teams responsible for managing the tendering and post contract delivery of multiple infrastructure projects
You will have experience of managing Commercial Management teams on large construction or infrastructure projects
Experience of working under construction contract terms and conditions with knowledge of Target Cost Fixed Price ContractsCommercial Management and Contract Administration processes in relation to cost management payment variations change management and final accounts
NEC Contracts Knowledge and experience Full Right to Work in the UK Unrestricted Required
