Job Description

Quotations Specialist - IT or Software or Control Engineering Opportunity, Cambridge:

• Prepare accurate, detailed technical quotations for customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand project requirements
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
• Assist in responding to customer technical queries
• Support sales negotiations with technical input
• Manage quotation processes using CRM systems
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Provide administrative support to the sales team

• Recent qualification in Computer Science, IT, Software, Control Engineering or related field (or comparable experience)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand complex technical specifications
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
• Very good academics, ideally past a degree in past two years (or comparable experience).
