Objectives of the role: Achieve area sales targets both volume and gross margin
Compiling, Managing and submitting monthly sales forecastsMaintain and develop new and existing relationships – distributors, contractors, specialist applicators forming key account partnership with structured ongoing development plan
Build and maintain a project bank to support route to market
Write and implement area business plans and objectives
Identify project opportunities via business relations, market intelligence, Barbour ABI
Ongoing technical knowledge training development within Fosroc Training Academy
ResponsibilitiesManaging the area to achieve volume and gross margin targets
Write and implement UK area business plan, review progress on a monthly basis
Develop the customer base further to add additional revenue streams and growth opportunities through development of solutions to solve the customer problems and differentiate the company from the competition
Manage key contacts with strategic business partners via structured plan
Provide a monthly report on progress against KPI’s and business objectives, whilst suggesting further objectives to improve positionInteract with other Fosroc personnel and departments, helping them achieve their objectives and the company’s overall objectives and targets using Project Integrity
Achieve quarterly personal objectives
Maintain project funnel added and managed on Project Tracker

Planning, organisation and structure
Understanding the key business drivers and converting into profitable sales
Able to complete a business plan, and execute business objectives
Understanding of construction sector, and its internal divers
Communication skills; computer literate and presentational skills
Analytical skills
Negotiation skills
Able to work independently
Drive, tenacity and results orientated
UK Driving Licence
DesirableCompetitor knowledge
Product knowledge, how Fosroc products fit within the construction industry
Marketing awareness able develop the Fosroc position

Applicants must have the Right to Work in the United KingdomWorking Hours:
Monday to Thursday 08:30am to 5pm with 1 hour unpaid break each dayFriday 08:30am to 4pm with a 30 minute unpaid break
37 working hours per week
