SMTH Team Lead - CREWE - PERMANENT - BASE SALARY 53K PLUS SHIFT ALLOWANCES AND MORE

You will have significant experience of working as a Signalling SMTH maintenance worker You will be ready for and looking for a Team Leader position You will hold valid PTS and other track tickets such as COSS etc You will hold a full UK driving licence also You will require an SMTH qualification and hold a full IRSE licence What you will be doing

Your role will be to lead a small team providing signalling maintenance on the railway in the South West You will ensure safe working for your team and providing day to day support and guidance Reporting to a manager who will oversee general team management duties reviews etc This position would suit someone looking to progress or looking to rejoin as a Team Leader

This position will be based from Crewe and will then see you travel to the site of work using company vehicles It is a full-time position and will see you working shifts including days nights and weekends There is also some oncall commitment on this position What you can expect in return

The salary for this position is 53 824 as a starting salary but with overtime shift allowances and oncall payments this will be much more than this base On top of this is a range of benefits including generous pension scheme annual leave and much more
