Our client is a leading provider of essential infrastructure services, specialising in energy, water, highways, rail & aviation and many others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Lead and motivate the team, including site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work meets project specs, safety standards, and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and quality.
• Manage resources such as materials, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely deliveries.
• Report site progress, delays, and issues to senior management.
• Keep accurate records of site activities, including logs and work completed.

Key Requirements:

• SSSTS Site Supervisor Qualification.
• Authorised as a National Grid Competent Person.
• Hold a CSCS/CPCS card.
• Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role within the construction or energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of site management practices, safety procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse workforce.
