We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Art Teacher to join our dynamic and creative department.
This role offers a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR), providing an exciting opportunity for career progression and leadership within the department.
As an Art Teacher, you will inspire and motivate students to explore their creativity, develop their artistic skills, and achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across all key stages, fostering a love for art, and contributing to a vibrant school culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach Art to students from KS3 to KS5.
- Lead and support curriculum development.
- Contribute to the leadership and management of the department.
- Foster creativity and critical thinking in students.
- Support the wider school community through extracurricular activities.
- A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience teaching Art at secondary level.
- Passionate about Art and able to inspire students of all abilities.
- Committed to professional development and continuous improvement.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Keen to take on additional responsibility through a leadership role.
- Earn between £36,413 and £53,994 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
