What will I be doing?

You'll develop new customer relationships using the sales techniques gained from our in-house training programme and on the job coaching to successfully deliver against specific, measurable targets.

What are my responsibilities?
Identify and liaise with key stakeholders in new & existing accounts, by telephone, email and LinkedIn, to create sales opportunities for our Senior Account Managers.
Prospect new customers whilst maintaining and growing our existing customer relationships to create sales opportunities.
Maintain all relevant sales management information & report on sales activity using Salesforce.
Understand QA's unique selling points and use this to win more business.
Deliver high levels of customer service.

Constantly developing an understanding of your product offering and sales techniques.

What experience/qualifications do I need?
Perfect opportunity for an individual looking for their first sales role. Previous experience in customer service roles would be advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office at beginner level
Working to tight deadlines where high levels of accuracy are required
Some experience of delivering against performance objectives.
